Podcast: How to Use High Tunnels, Low Caterpillar Tunnels & Other Ways to Extend Your Gardening Season

The climate in South Dakota does not allow a very long growing season. Peggy Martin, Cedar Creek Garden co-owner and member of South Dakota Specialty Producers, was a recent guest on Dakota Radio Group “Agriculture in Depth” talking about different structures and techniques that can be used to extend the gardening season. 

This and more will be discussed at an upcoming Field Day on June 12, 2025, from 10am-4pm CT at Cedar Creek Gardens. Martin shared the event is set up for attendees to come and go as schedules allow. Information will be provided for garden enthusiasts of all levels.
