Description: Drip irrigation is a micro-irrigation system designed to conserve water and nutrients by delivering water gradually to the roots of plants. This can be done from above the soil surface or from below. The primary aim is to apply water directly to the root zone, thereby reducing evaporation. During the hour Dr. Xinhua Jia will present the benefits of using drip irrigation systems in specialty productions.
