Seared Grass-fed Beef Tenderloin

Chef Scott Brinker-Seared Grass-fed Beef Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • Grass-fed Beef Tenderloin (3-4 lbs)
  • 2 T Coarse Pepper
  • 3 T Sea Salt
  • 2 T Olive Oil
  • 4 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 2 T Chopped fresh Thyme
  • 2 T Fresh Parsley
  • 1 T Dijon Mustard
  • Splash of Red Wine
  • 2 tsp Lime Juice

 

Directions:

  1. Rub ingredients on meat, covering well
  2. Sear all sides on outdoor grill if possible or a very hot pan for, about 2 minutes each side, until the outside is browned. 
  3. Cook until heated through in a 400 degree oven
