2026 SDSPA Annual Membership Meeting
The South Dakota Specialty Producers Association Annual Membership Meeting will be held in conjunction with the S.D. Producers Summit in Rapid City.

- 12:50-12:55 MT: Welcome & Introductions, Roll Call, Approve Minutes of 2025 Annual Meeting- President Rath.
- 12:55-1:05 MT: Board of Director Elections- President Rath
- 1:05-1:20 MT: New & Old Business BOD
- 1:20-1:25 MT: Board of Director Election Results BOD Officer Election
- 1:25 MT: Adjourn- President Rath
The S.D. Specialty Producers Association (SDSPA) requests that members interested in joining the board of directors complete our ‘Interest Application.’
SDSPA’s board guides the nonprofit towards a sustainable future through long-term planning of the organization, shaping governance and financial management policies, and ensuring that our organization has adequate resources to advance its mission. This team also assists in directing contractor work. We look forward to welcoming new leaders to help us continue building momentum together!
