465 Farmstead Shares Insights on Transitioning to Organic
During the September 20th field day, Blake Burggraff of 465 Farmstead Ltd. shared firsthand insights on transitioning hundreds of acres to regenerative and organic certification.
Attendees were able to tour fields and pastures, see equipment demonstrations, discuss equipment usage for harvest, planting, and seed cleaning, as well as learn about profitability and efficiency, SDSPA resources, storage, and more! This interactive farmer lead field day also allowed connection and networking among attendees.
