SDSPA Organic Operators Meeting- Sept. 2024

The SDSPA Organic Operators Chapter meets the second Wednesday of each month at 3 pm CST. The next SDSPA Organic Operators meeting will take place Sept. 11th at 3 pm CDT via Zoom.

Join for networking with other certified organic, transitioning, or interested producers, for connecting with processors and buyers, for educational training, and to discuss in person events.

Participation- Zoom Link. SDSPA membership is not required to participate.

Featuring guest speaker: Benjamin Fahrer, Project Manager Regenerative Organic Learning Centers

Benjamin Fahrer has over 25 years of organic farming experience and is specialized in designing and building integrated ecological farming systems as a contractor and consultant. He has brought innovation to urban agriculture by designing, building and operating highly productive integrated urban rooftop farming systems in the SF Bay area. He is deeply committed to building these ecosystems in service to nature and community and is excited to work with ROLC farms to highlight their work and building alliances within their bioregions.
