Regional Commercial Kitchen Exploration

A common theme at the regional meetings we held in early 2023 was a desire for more commercial kitchens, both on farms and for community shared use.  As a result the region along I-90 has been meeting to brainstorm ideas together.

With an interest in commercial kitchens expanding beyond the I-90 region, we would like to invite any interested members in joining these meetings.  The next one to take place on Thurs., July 6, 2023 at noon central.  These meetings are fairly informal, with opportunity to share ideas of what you’d like to see, and discuss funding ideas.
