Webinar: Getting Started in the Egg Business

Eggs are a hot commodity and what a better time to start an egg operation! Learn about the rules, regulations and licenses required to sell eggs in South Dakota from Gene Stegeman, Director of the State Dairy Testing Lab who is also in charge of egg licensing in the state. In addition, SDSPA Urban Ag Liaison Malisa Niles will highlight local laws that may pertain to backyard chicken production.
