SD Farmers Market Coalition Meeting- June 2025

Join us for the next S.D. Farmers Market Coalition meeting on June 18, 2025. The Coalition meets quarterly on the 3rd Wednesday at 9 A.M. Central / 8 A.M. Mountain.

During the meeting attendees will hear from guest speaker Kirsten Gjesdal, the Executive Director of Downtown Brookings, about how the Brookings Farmers Market became a 501c3 and created collaborative partnerships with the city and other community organizations. This meeting will cover considerations and logistics for markets looking to create more connections within their communities.

The coalition welcomes farmers market vendors, managers, and involved community members to these S.D. Specialty Producers Association sub-chapter meetings.
