Lewis and Clark Lake Vineyard hosts Tour for Producers to Learn about Wholesale Production
On September 28th Lewis and Clark Lake Vineyard (Greg and Muriel Stach) hosted a tour for producers interested in learning about wholesale grape production and no chemical systems.
During the tour Greg Stach shared about his experience selling wholesale grapes to Prairie Berry Winery near Hill City, S.D. including harvest & delivery logistics, variety selection, production metrics, and quality testing. Greg also shared about his unique methods to provide high quality grapes including Korean Natural Farming methods and compost tea extract.
