Description: During the SDSPA Organic Operators September 2024 meeting attendees heard from Benjamin Fahrer, Project Manager for Regenerative Organic Learning Centers. Fahrer shared about his work in the San Francisco Bay area integrating organic urban agriculture through rooftop gardens. Urban rooftop gardens allow community members to see food grow, get involved with local farmers and food production, and have increased access to organic produce, all while supporting the local economy.
