Shared Vendor Space Available through Diamond E Collective

All natural, handmade condiments now available at the Diamond E Collective restaurant. The business includes a retail storefront with locally raised products.

Diamond E Collective at 523 Main St. in Rapid City, S.D. has opened a space for producers to jointly market their products. The storefront is currently seeking producers and artists interested in displaying their goods in a retail location focused on farm to table and locally crafted goods.

The new model provides a walk in retail space to market all products together. Customers can access the storefront year-round, Tuesdays through Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mountain.

Buyers can also purchase an annual or seasonal CSA membership featuring fresh farm-to-table foods. Wholesale buyers will also have purchasing options at the Collective.

“Essentially we are going to aggregate local producers and get products to market for them. They will just need to stock their stores with raw products, ready to eat foods, and other local products and we will do the rest,” owner Cindy Tolle said.

Vendors and the community will have access to a commercial kitchen space for development of value-added products and prepared foods. The store has plans for chef pop-ups, cooking classes and product features so there will be lots of opportunities to interact with customers.

The space also offers a family friendly restaurant and music venue. The menu will offer Evergreen Ranching grass-fed burgers with Bashful Bison buns and locally sourced cheese, beef fat fried locally grown potatoes, locally grown salad, and a few more local surprises. Door dash delivery is available during normal hours of operation.

The vendor fee is $250 per month plus 10% per order to cover credit card and door dash fees and taxes. Contact Tolle for more information on becoming a store vendor.
