Dakota Fresh Food Hub to Showcase South Dakota Microgreens
Microgreens are one of South Dakota’s unique year-round crops. Celebrate these edible seedlings at the upcoming Mighty Microgreens Superfood Event with Dakota Fresh Food Hub, a farmer-owned collective that markets and distributes local foods in Southeast South Dakota.
