Vander Wilt, a native of NW Iowa, spent his formative years in the region before embarking on his educational journey at SDSU. His dedication and passion led him to earn a degree in Range Science. Post-graduation, Vander Wilt’s professional journey commenced as he joined the NRCS, assuming the role of a dedicated Range Conservationist. Over the years, he contributed his expertise in various counties across South Dakota, showcasing his commitment to sustainable land management.
