S.D. Local Foods Coalition ~ September 2022 Update

The September SD Local Foods Coalition meeting featured Kimberly Rockmann of Project Food Forest sharing how the principles of edible landscaping can be used by hobbyist, producers, community developers, to grow food, improve community space, and develop a self-sufficient ecosystem.

Following her presentation, there was discussion on plans for a winter book read, with members asked to submit suggestions for books to Kristine Lang. There was also time for networking, and meeting new members.  If you are interested in getting involved with the coalition, please use this form to get on the email list.
