Fairgoers strolled through farmers market style booths this year while sampling cheese and aronia juice, purchasing products, observing chicks and getting to know our local producers.

Some of our members provided presentations to highlight different aspects of production across the state. Laura Klock presented ‘Handcrafted Artisan Cheese from Farm to Table’ and Cindy Tolle discussed ‘Marketing your Beef Direct from your Ranch.’

This event is hosted by the S.D. Value Added Ag. Center in Pierre, S.D. SDSPA always looks forward to this annual event to showcase local vendors and their products.
